Brief

On the occasion of the ProSieben event, 'Movie Meets Media', staged during the pre-Christmas period in Hamburg, we were asked to create an entertaining and interactive installation in the city centre..

Execution

Passersby have the impression that an oversized, cuddly Christmas Teddy lives in two floors of the Lessing Haus on Hamburg's Gänsemarkt. By projecting from inside the building, we created a new media form out of the facade. Sending a text awakens the bear.

Results

Over the course of four weeks, more than 1.000 spectators sent a short message. Gänsemarkt’s visitors and merchants took our Christmas Teddy to their hearts.
